Looks like what's provided is GridViewFooterCellStyle, not GridViewFooterRowStyle as requested.  Is there an example of GridViewFooterRowStyle?

GridViewFooterRow uses the same logic as GridViewRow, it contains a DataCellsPresenter that is used for creating and displaying its cells. You can create a separate independent styles for GridViewFooterRow and GridViewFooterCell. I have prepared an example for you that demonstrates how this logic is implemented and also you can find in a separate ResourceDictionary the default template of a GridViewFooterRow.
