Can custom Filtering be applied to hyperlink column of telerik grid or only datacolumn.

Hello Mahesh Bhat,
Yes. All columns deriving from GridViewBoundColumnBase can be assigned a custom FilteringControl. In case you have not seen it, here is my blog about custom filtering.
