The only time that this presents a real issue is when a user resizes with a splitter and then clicks on a navigation item or menu tab. It requires the user to click twice; once to return the cursor to a single arrow and then again to actually perform the action. This presents odd UI/UX behavior.
Is this something Telerik is aware of and is there a fix planned for an upcoming release?

We could not reproduce the problem with the online demos. Please provide more details on how it happens.

Thanks for taking the time to put together the video. The first thing I notice, and didn't think to check before posting, is that you are not using IE. It looks like you're using Chrome during your test. So far I've been using IE 9+ exclusively for testing. So I decided to try the demo in Chrome. It worked as expected and exactly the same as your demonstration. Please try the first look mvc splitter demo in IE 9+ and/or review the following video I captured to demonstrate the behavior I'm seeing.

Thanks again,

Thank you for the clarification. We have confirmed it as a IE9-specific bug -- and we are looking for a resolution. Your Telerik points have been updated for the report.

Any estimate on when this fix will be available. If the answer is "next release", do you have an estimate on when the next release will be available?
Thanks,
Jeff
I was about to fix it yesterday, when we realized that we couldn't reproduce it anymore (when we already reproduced it on several machines). The two reasonable explanations that I thought of are that either a IE9 update addresses this, or that some plug-in has caused it.
My version (with which I used for testing) is 9.0.8112.16421, Update Versions: 9.0.4. Would you mind to share yours? Also, can you please confirm that the bug occurs with disabled browser extensions?
We want to address the bug, if it still persists.

I have the exact same version of IE and the update. I cannot replicate the issue any longer either. I disabled browser extensions and still can't reproduce the issue. Thanks for the follow-up. I don't think this is a bug anymore.
Thanks again for your time,
Jeff
