When the browser's zoom setting is not set to 100% the cursor does not land where you click. If for example you are zoomed in to 125% the cursor will appear roughly 110 pixels to the right of where your mouse has landed (if you zoom out then it appears to the left), the more you zoom the bigger the gap..

This is very frustrating when trying to edit text. I don't want to have to tell my users that they can't have their browser zoomed in or out.

Any ideas how to fix this? I am using version 2011.3.1220.1040

Many Thanks

Hello Tracey,

Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this issue using 2011 Q3 SP1 (2011.3.1220.1040) version of RadRichTextBox for Silverlight. We would appreciate it if you could provide more details on this problem for example is there something specific in the implementation of your application. It would be best if you manage to isolate the problem in a separate project which demonstrates it and send it back to us.

Thank you for your cooperation. Looking forward to your reply.
