I submitted a ticket for this. I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise with Visual Studio 2015.

When working with an aspx file, the ctrl + alt + f is not formatting the code. This worked in VS 2013.

In the JustCode menu the format code option is disabled. See attached image.

Curious if anyone else is having the same issue?

Hello,

We are sorry for the caused inconvenience!
Currently, JustCode for Visual Studio 2015 does not support ASP files and this is the reason there are no working commands in there. This is logged with high priority in our roadmap. The thing is that as ASP.NET 5 RC is expected to be release sometime around November 2015 we are still evaluating how to approach the implementation of the support - we want to do it right without the need to overhaul everything when the official release comes out.
