The cursors available in Silverlight are described at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.input.cursors_members(VS.95).aspx
There are a couple of tutorials in the internet on how to create custom cursor for Silverlight, but those are based on hiding the mouse cursor and creating a UserControl which is positioned where the mouse cursor should be.
