Will RAD Silverlight controls be compatible for CRM 2011 Online?

As I could not find a way to upload dll’s.

Can it be uploaded a Web reference?

Hello ,

 RadControls for Silverlight are standard Silverlight components and can be used in any Silverlight application no matter where this application is hosted.
