Creating flag note on the ChartArea

Hi
  I have a requirement wherein I need to display the chart and in that chart i need to show few flags which are labled like A,B,C etc so that I can tell the user about special events like suppose I created a chart when ever the Olympic games were conducted and want to display data in the form tiny rectangular flags in the chart area which are marked with the lables A,B,C,D etc on it which can display the special events during that period of time like US opposed the Olympics or Russia or China opposed the event so they are marked in the Flag(not the country flag) namely A,B,C,D etc.

please suggest how it can be achieved

Please have look at the attached png image taken from google finance. My requirement is just like this which i have surrounded the flag mark (namely A,B,C,D,E,F etc.) on the chart area with a rectangle. I am looking for a solution for this kind of requirment.

Unfortunately, this functionality is not supported by the current version of the control. It is in our plans to implement similar functionality but a specific time frame can not be committed.
