    Hi Telerik Team,

    I've just published the new version of iOS App on Telerik Platform.

    I used AppManager installed on my iPhone to download it.

    But I got this message "..." could not be downloaded at this time.

    Could you help me, please?

    I just happened this week; I've been using App Manager for about 6 months with no problem.

    You can examine the provided troubleshooting tips here. Usually this message appears when there are discrepancies in the APP ID and provisioning profiles. My suggestion would be to go through the troubleshooting tips and double check the APP ID, provisioning profile and their settings.

    Also, make sure that you have downloaded and updated your provisioning profile and rebuild the app.

    In rare cases you may need to:

    - Remove the installed app with the same name from the device
    - Log out from any iCloud / Apple accounts on the device and log in again
    - Check if your application is now using specific native functionalities (available from certain plugins, for example - iCloud App Service, Wallet, etc.) that require them to be added in the provisioning profile and if it has been updated
