Hi Jan,
For the time being only our WPF controls are install into the Visual Studio toolbox. We will try to provide such support for our Silverlight controls for the official Q3 release. We will also try to introduce support for Blend but it is still unclear if we will be able to do so.
To add our controls manually to the Visual Studio 2008 toolbox you can first create a new tab on the toolbox (for example "Rad Controls Q2 2009 SP1"), than right-click on the tab and select "Choose Items". Once you do that a window will open that will allow you to select items that will appear on the toolbox. Choose the Silverlight Components tab item and browse to the Telerik assemblies that you would like to add to the toolbox (typically this location is "C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls forSilverlight Q2 2009 SP1\Binaries\Silverlight"). Once you have selected all desired assemblies click the Ok button.
Currently the only action that you can take to view our controls in Blend is to create a Silverlight or a WPF project and add references to our assemblies - as a result our controls should appear in the Controls section of Blend.
