After I upgraded to Q1' 2012, the controls in the content area of a RadWindow do not work as expected.  Controls like RadComboBox and DatePicker do not close when you click anywhere on the RadWindow.  Also, as you open up multiple controls... combobox or datepicker... the previous control stays open.

For an example, look at your demo under Windows Examples -> Window and UserControl (http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Window/UserControlExample).  If you open the "End Time" control and then click on the window content area, the control doesn't close.  Then if you pick the "Start Time" control, the "End Time" control still stays open.

Please let me know if this is a design expectation... and if so, how can I force the controls to close?

    Thanks,
        Philip

Hi Philip,

This breaking change is related with our popups implementation, and not with the RadWindow as a control. Anyway, we resolved it as soon as possible and the fix will be included in our internal build next week. Please, excuse us for any inconvenience caused.

George, is there a workaround for this problem using the 2012 Q1 DLLs?  Upgrading isn't an option for me at this time.

Hello,

We can confirm that this bug is fixed. Unfortunately, we are not aware of any workarounds and we strongly suggest upgrading since Q1 release.
