I wanted some advice from you on the choice of controls. There seem to be some overlapping functionality so I was not sure of my choice(s).
- RadOutlookBar
I can also achieve this using RadDocking and RadTreeView. What advantages does RadOutlookBar give me?
RadPane vs. GridSplitter.

Can you please provide some more details about the scenario you want to implement? Each of the controls is suitable for certain types of scenarios and there is no general answer to your question.
