I have a suggestion/request. Is it possible to disable autoplay during design time? If I have a MediaPlayer control which has autoplay set to true, it starts playing the video during design time. While it is nice to see the video playing at times, it can become distracting when you are laying out the form and the video is playing. It would be nice to have a bit of design time control over this.

Hi David,
Can you please let us know in which design time you see the MediaPlayer content played - in that of Visual Studio or in Blend (if so - in which version). After our initial tests we were not able to reproduce your issue.

Thanks for the quick reply Tihomar. It is happening in Expression Blend. Below are the details of the version that I am using:
Microsoft Expression Blend 2 Service Pack 1
Version 2.1.1760.0
If you are having issues, still, in reproducing it, I can send you my project.

Hi David,
We were able to reproduce your issue and it is already fixed. The updated version of the control will be officially available with our Q1 2009 release.

Hey Hemnath,
I am not sure if I can. It may be a licensing issue. What type of parser error are you getting?
