I am not sure this is the place to make the request.
I know Telerik has a RadGroupBox where WinForms are concerned. It is a standard control that Windows has had since the start, yet I have not seen mention of adding it to the WPF/Silverlight framework.
It is something rather simple but nearly essential to any professional UI development. I know many Silverlight developers (including us) have designed their own to get around the problem but I would have thought that Telerik would have one by now.

I agree. Would come very handy. I voted for it...
