Hello Aldo,

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to update Progress Control Panel. I notice previous versions of the Control Panel in your download history which means that the auto-update mechanism have been working until now. Having said that, is there a firewall, an anti-virus or another software that can prevent downloading and launching files on your system?

Meantime, as a workaround, I send you the latest version of Progress Control Panel. To install it, first remove the old one from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, unzip the attached file and launch it.

Please, let me know if you need further assistance. I will be glad to help.

Regards,

Hi,

upgrading to version 20.2.916 (previous was 20.2.624) now it works.

Any other software like antivirus, firewalls and so on, were unchanged so I think the problem was elsewhere.

Thanks
