This posting is continuation of a thread started by me with a title "Esc key wouldn't discard cell edit"
Maya from Telerik has responded to that thread and for some reason I couldn't reply due to server error when I hit the Reply button.
The server error is: "Oops...
It seems there was a problem with our server.
Try reloading the page."
So, I am posting my response in a new thread and hoping to continue the thread I started and get response from your team.
And here is my reply to Maya's response:
Hi Maya,
I use Q3 2010 version and to be precise the version number for Telerik.Windows.Controls.GridView is 2010.3.1314.1040
When I press Esc key, the newly added data in a cell is not being discarded.
I do handle CellEditEnded for the committed new data only when EditAction is Commit and
In the case of Esc key pressed situation, I am checking for EditAction if it is Cancel and do nothing in CellEditEnded handler.
Thanks.
