Hi, I try make demo work on a mac (no Mono, official Silverlight release 2.0), but seems to not work.
Any ideas or any tips about make it work?
I'm very interested about this feature and i'm looking forward to see

Seems Firefox for Mac support the feature badly ( both Silverlight preferences and Context menu is showed and sometimes no context menu showed - only silvelight preferences).
Safari seem to not support it

I'm looking forward to any answer

Hi Gio,

Thank you for reporting this.
Can you tell us the version of the browsers you are using?
We will investigate the problem and will write back as soon as we find what is the cause for this behavior.

Kind regards,
Hristo

Thanks for the answer. I'm glad the report is appreciated.
I'm using:
- Safari 3.2.2
- Safari 4 Beta
- Firefox 3.0.7

on Mac OS X 10.5.6 with the latest Silverlight 2.0 plug-in --> Silverlight 2 GDR 1 (2.0.40115.0)

If you need more specs let me know.

I'll wait for an answer.

PS.
[I'm also interested to know if there's any chance to use the ContextMenu in Silverlight fullscreen mode. I see that no javascript could be intercepted using that mode, so if you know there a workaround]

Thanks again for the answer.

Hello Gio,

We will need more time to investigate this issue (including the fullscreen support).
Thanks for your patience.

what is your projection of your product since silverlight 3 is released?
Can i expect to design an application for both desktop and web browser via your tool soon?
How to support IE and safari as well as desktop and web application if I like to design a control to support both desktop and web application ? Thanks,

Hi,

I am having a similar issue with an SL3 based system and the RAD Context Menu.  When using the mouse to right click, without fail I get the Silverlight Preferences displayed first, then on the second click I get my RAD Context Menu.  This does not happen when viewing the app on a Windows XP, Vista, or 7 machine.

Anything obvious with supporting OS\X?

Hello Liam,

My advice is to use our SL4 build controls as in them, the RadContextMenu supports the native MouseRight buttons events and the behavior you are experiencing is eliminated.

All the best,
