Hello there,

I was using RadControls version 7.3.

when I was using IE7 to make use of RadEditor and tried to inserting an image in editor by putting the cursor in middle of the text. The image was inserted exactly where I putted the cursor in editor.

If I do the same in IE8, the image was inserted at top-left of editor insted of placing at middle of the text.

Could any one suggest me why RadEditor was acting like that in IE8?

Thanks,
Srinudhulipalla

Hello Srinudhulipalla,

The old RadControls for ASP.NET work in IE8 only if you trigger the browser's compatibility mode with a meta tag.
