Hi,

I'm testing out ORM tools for a Windows Mobile project and came across some reference to Open Access and the Compact Framework in another thread.  I haven't managed to pin down if it's currently supported or if it will be supported some time in the future?

Anyone out there using OpenAccess for Windows Mobile development?

Thanks
Bob

Hi Bob,
I don't believe we tested the OpenAccess ORM tool with the Compact Framework. Also we don't have it in our roadmap and probably we will not add it there. We are concentrating over Silverlight support, and as far as I know the plans for the new Windows Mobile 7 is to mount the application layer on top of that, not the compact framework. In other words our commitment for Silverlight support is growing by the day, I hope you will understand.
