Is there a magic spell I don't know about for changing the column widths in a grid view (in the new interface)?

The Area column is far too narrow to be of use.

Hi Stuart,

You can increase the width of the columns by dragging the right border of the column header to the needed width. When you place the cursor at the right border you wll see an expand cursor indicating that you can change the width of the column.

For the moment the column width isn't saved with the view properties and will be reloaded when the view is opened again.

The default Area width is hard-coded in a client js file. I have updated it to 160px, which two times larger than current. I have prepared and attached the file, you should replace it in folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\TeamPulse\wwwroot\Scripts\wirejs\grid

If you want to change the width, you could search for  the string - case"AreaName":return 160 and change 160 to what you prefer. Don't forget to clear your browser cache so the change can take effect. Unfortunately, the file will be replaced next time you upgrade TeamPulse and  we will assist again, in case we haven't implemented saving column width.

Do not hesitate to contact us again if you need any further assistance.

Trust me, that's what I expected, but whilst the cursor changes top allow me to _move_  a column, it doesn't allow it to resize.

I'll give the script file a go.

Cheers.

Hi Stuart,

I am sorry that you have experienced this issue. The rezising should work just as descibed and the cursor should be placed exactly on the right border of the column header, placing the cursor inside the column header allows you to reorder the columns.
As we haven't been able to reproduce this issue could you share a few more details on this.
Could you confirm that you see the expand cursor when hovering over right border? And  it would be helpful for us to know the device and the browser type and version on which you have experienced this behavior.

Also, let us know if the script workaround has worked out for you.
