I want add to my grid column with color selection control. Where user can select color and return his value as string(like #FFFFFF) or as RGB (256,256,256).

Hello Sharp,
To place a RadColorPicker in a cell , you need to :
1. Declare a DataTemplate with a RadColorPicker inside
2. Bind the color picker to your property
3. Set this DataTemplate to the CellTemplate property of your column.
In case you find troubles while implementing this just let me know.
