What would cause a chart to be displayed w/ skewed columns in IE8 (see attachment)?  The charts displays fine in Firefox.

Root cause found, need to ensure web page content is set to IE=8.  Chart now displays properly in IE too.

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8">
