Hi,

       Scenario:
I'm using windows 7 operating system and  using the RADGRIDVIEW. And didn't change any color for the fonts on the grid foreground and background.

        Problem:
Why is it my font color is default to black and the background is black gradient on the grid header?  And when I hover my mouse to any column header, the background will turn into yellow and the forecolor is black.  I know this is part of your design. But I want the forecolor of the font on the column names are white by default even If I don't hover my mouse so that the user will know the column header name. Just like  your demo grid on your website looks good.  Is there any settings on the xaml side that I can choose what I want for the column header  style?

Even I added this code  telerik:StyleManager.Theme="Vista" (I know it will show something blue like vista) . Still doesn't work. background is black gradient and the font color is black by default.

                 Please let me know...

Thanks,
Chris

Hello Chris,

The foreground of the grid headers in the Office_Black theme is white by default as you have already seen in our demos. My guess is that there is something else tampering with the foreground of the grid.

Could you please check for implicit styles on TextBlock or ContentControl controls which use white foreground or some other global foreground setting. Could you please check for those.

Best wishes,

Hi Kalin Milanov,

Disregard this issue. I just change to other theme.

Thanks,
Chris
