How can I change the colour scheme of the Media Player? I am quite new to Silverlight so a detailed guide would be great.
Basically I wish to change the colour of the play/pause/volume/etc elements, and also the inner glow when mousing over these elements.
These changes need to also apply when in full screen mode.

One option for you is to edit RadMediaPlayer's ControlTemplate in Expression Blend. The other is to apply one of our already predefined themes. More on editing the look and feel of Telerik controls can be found bellow:
