I've noticed that with the last couple of builds or so (including internal builds) that each update of the JC requires that I go back in to JC Options and retick 2 checkboxes at the top of the Code Style|C#|Ordering page.
There may be other settings that are reset, but these are the only 2 I've changed.

Hi Stuart Hemming,
This release we changed the way the shared settings (code style settings) are handled. So if your code style settings are reset this time it is expected.
I apologize for the inconvenience. We will try not to reset any settings in the future.
