I have several menus in the same user control. When a submenu in one of them opens I want to close the open sub menus in all the other menus (I'm using ClickToOpen=True). I can't find a way to programmatically close a RadMenuItem. Is there such a way?

A suggestion: Add a property to the menu: CloseOnBlur, true/false. For my application I need ClickToOpen=true, but I would also like to have the menu close when the mouse leaves it. In the current version, when I set ClickToOpen= true the menu changes its behaviour so that it doesn't close when the mouse leaves the menu, but it just stays open. As a default behaviour it's fine, but it should be possible to override it.

Hi Henrik,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter.

We added your suggestion to our To-Do list for the forthcoming RadMenu editions. Currently, there is no way to programmatically close the menu groups. This is surely a limitation and we will do our best to enhance the RadMenu's behavior.

Kind regards,
