Hello,

I'm wondering if you could explain what happens to closed or deleted exceptions if the exception happens again (after it has been closed / deleted).

From my testing just now it appears that the exception gets grouped in with the closed/deleted exception and is NOT shown as a new exception? Is this correct and if so is there a way to force this exception to show up as a new exception?

Also it would make life a lot easier for me if the 'Last Occurrence' column would also include the time as well as the date (just like the First Occurrence column). Is it possible to include the time?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Michael,

When you mark an exception as closed, it will be reopen by the system, if the same exception occurs in a newer version of your program. If it is mark as deleted it will not be reopened if the same exception occurs in a newer version.
So mark them as closed and you will only see them again if you "fix" not work.

For matter of time can be included in column "Last Occurrence" so will I write it into our feature request.

Happy holidays.

Rasmus
