    We're looking to use the CLI appbuilder to automate our build and deployment tasks.

    Are there really no way to authenticate directly from within CLI?

    I'd like to be able to run the CLI from the linux command prompt (no default browser since not using gui os).

    I did find this:

    But we don't use jenkins in our environment.  Any chance of a Bamboo plugin in the future?

    Suggestions appreciated.

    Hi Peter-Dave,

    Right now we are working on expanding our continuous integration story. In the meantime, you can use a command that our development team uses, which allows you to login through the command-line interface:
    $ appbuilder dev-telerik-login <username> <password>
    Have in mind that this command was exposed for internal usage and may be dropped in the future. Therefore, it is not documented but until an official solution is released you should be able to use this command as a workaround.

    About the Bamboo plugin, it's not on our roadmap for now. However, you can submit a feature request to our Feedback & Feature Requests portal.

    Let me know if that helps and if you have any further questions.

    Telerik by Progress

    Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.

    Hi Preslav

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I needed some help getting the appbuilder CLI system requirement setup within the bamboo environment.

    But the dev-telerik-ligin command was exactly what I needed.

    I hope that this command will not be dropped before an equivalent replacement from your continuous integration story.

    Thanks for suggesting it.
