We use Nant/CruiseControl along with MSBuild for building our projects.
We'd like to add a code cleaning step to this process but that really requires that we be able to fire it from the command line.
Is this possible?
Or does anyone know of an alternative way of achieving the same result?

Hello Stuart,
JustCode Code Cleaner can be executed only from within Visual Studio. We do have some plans to make the engine standalone, but not for the near future.
