Choosing which features are developed

    I totally get that you don't want clients dictating the development schedule but from the feedback portal there are 4 items being developed and none of them have more than 12 likes. Meanwhile there are dozens of feature requests that have 50+ likes that have been ignored. There are so many great ideas that appear to be popular not getting developed but the 4 in development seem to be of marginal usefulness.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for contacting and providing your feedback. I would like to insure you that client’s feedback is so far the most valuable outside influence that is been considered alongside with the product strategy and the global corporate goals.

    It might not look that way, but “yes” we actually want be led by clients, as this is the only way to make sure we are on the right track.

    However you may have noticed there is a theme for each release, and we try to fit as much as possible popular requests aligned with a given release theme, although they may not be the most bid items on the portal.

    I could not agree more with you, that there are so many great ideas in the portal and for some of those 50+ requests, we are preparing a special release, where all the productivity improvements will nice fit in.
