Hello Andyt,

The Chart component has no support for localization. This is due to the fact that all rendered text is set by the user.

The labels (series, axis) can be globalized to display numbers, currencies, etc. in the format specified by your current culture. To enable globalization for all controls set the Globalization property of the ScriptRegistrar to true.
