[Solved] Changing the default set up in the Telerik Grid filter

I am using telerik Grid which is filterable and sortable.
When I click on  a Filter, by default the filter option is set to "Is Equal to". I would like this default option to "Contains".
Is there any way I can do this? The reason being whenever a user searches for the data, they may not know the exact value. I need to change the option to "Contains" and then enter the value. Instead If we can set the filter option to "Contains", it would be better
