[Solved] Changing the Ascending/Descending Visual state applied background color

Hello Everyone, thanks in advance for your time & efforts.

In Office Black theme: When Filter is applied to a column the filter icon changes to orange color. When column is sorted (ascending or descending) the background also changes to orange shades. The contrast between the background orange shades & the Filter orange color is very low. Hence I want to change either applied filter color from orange to black OR change the sorted column background to silver shades so that orange filter icon is visible properly.

I have already seen below posts & those are not helping me:

I am using trail version 'RadControls for Silverlight Q1 2011 SP1 Demos'.

Hi Milind Soman,

I have prepared a sample project for you, extracting GridViewHeaderCell's template and resources, giving you the opportunity to design the solution that meets your requirements yourself. In order to achieve your task you should only modify these brushes: "GridView_HeaderBackground_ Selected",  "GridView_ HeaderOuterBorder_Selected", "GridView_HeaderInnerBorderSelected" and "GridView_HeaderForeground_Selected".
