Hi Kairat,
If you want to enlarge the appointments, there is the MinAppointmentHeight property which should be set on the RadScheduleView control, and not the view definition.
If you wish to alter the way appointments look in MonthView, you could provide a separate style in the AppointmentItemStyleSelector. The selector provides a separate MonthViewStyle property.
