Hi,
I have few questions.
1.) How can I customize my Calendar to be able to switch trough the calendar months using my own buttons(i would like to hide calendar navigation control because it doesn't fit in my design)?
Or if you could provide me with Calendar DataTemplate so I could rearrange items, that would be useful to.
I tried using custom commands but i wasn't lucky, i was probably doing something wrong.
2.) How to move day number in calendar cell from left bottom corner to left upper corner?

I have attached a sample project that contains all styles that affect the CalendarNavigationControl. If you wish to completely hide the navigation control, the easiest way is to set its Height to 0. Please, note that the control uses Telerik named resources in its style. You have to load them by adding the resource dictionaries, where these resources are defined, in the application resources (App.xaml file).
The calendar exposes a number of properties that can modify the appearance of the cells. You can find a complete list of these properties here. Another approach is to use a custom CalendarCellStyleSelector.
