Hi there.
We have a strange issue with the RadGrid version 2010 Q1 Sp2, wich is driving us crazy.

We are working with cells containing checkboxes, labels or hyperlinks, depending on combinations of status read from the database.
When we show the hyperlink, we want our clients to open a pop up window clicking on it.

At first, when the grid is fully loaded, all seems ok and works good.
Then we use any of the scroll bars to navigate the grid, without performing any other action or click (we scroll the grid just enough to make the columns containing the hyperlink disappear).
Moving back to the cell containing the hyperlink, can happen it's not working anymore (no more pop up opening and label underlining moving the mouse over it).

The funny thing is that working again with scroll bars and returning to the cell, sometimes immediately , sometimes after some retries, all come back to normality.
This issue affects, with apparently no schema, other similar cells in different columns; the only common things in reproducing the issue is playing with scrollbars.

Our developers tried with some tips but we got no results. Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance

Hi Enzo,

The version you have mentioned is pretty ancient. The first thing to try would be an upgrade to the latest version .
