Hi,
I'm really happy that you are delivering a lot for new features, and really fast.
I don't know why but when I install TeamPulse I have this message :
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part od the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
May be I did something wrong... But what ?
After this message, TeamPulse is in my program, but when I launch it, I have a message saying that the targetFramework='4.0' is not good.
Thank you to help me to fix this problem.

Salut Jean-Yves,
Were you able to browse to http://<installed server name>:2431 and set up a user? Did you get the error when trying to run the application at http://<installed server name>:9898? It'd be great to get the exact error message but I suspect you may have the wrong version of Silverlight installed. TeamPulse was released with Silverlight 4 RC and not the RTM that came out this week. We are working on getting a release out that supports the RTM version as soon as we can.

In fact there is 2 things:
1) In the install process :
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part od the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
And it 'cancel' the installation
2) When I launch : http://<installed server name>:2431 or http://<installed server name>:9899
Message d'erreur de l'analyseur: Attribut 'targetFramework' non reconnu. Notez que les noms d'attributs respectent la casse.
Fichier source : C:\Program Files\Telerik\TeamPulse\UserManagement\web.config
So : targetFramework unknow. And it's in the file : TeamPule\UserManagement\Web.config
But, yes, you are right, I have almost everything install RC, RTM... So I will clean all this put the RTM everywhere, and wait for the last version which will come soon I'm sure ;).

Hello Jean-Yves,
Can you try running the installer from an elevated command prompt (run as administrator) with the follwoing command:
msiexec -i <installerPath> /l*v c:\teampulselog.txt
And post the logfile here?

I think that it was the "Run as Administrator" Because, with the command, it works !
