That is a very strange problem! Can you send us the .aiiresult file that causes this crash? We'd like to see if we can reproduce it and get to the root cause of this crash.
In the meantime, do you have QA Edition installed? If you do, can you try copying the .aiiresult file into the Results folder of any test project, then see if you can open it from the Results tab within QA edition? Let me know your findings.

The attached file is our result test file.
We don't use QA Edition.
thank you for the feedback! 500 Telerik points added to your account.
I've managed to reproduce this, I've log it under:
Bug 107830: ResultsViewer crashes when attempting to open results in XP
We will develop a fix for this issue ASAP.
Meanwhile, some workarounds:
-the problem only occurs on XP, if possible switch to a Windows 7 machine
-you can run your test directly in Visual Studio from the Test View. The results that will be generated will be a in a different format and you'll be able to open them
-the .aiiresult file is actually an xml - you can open it in a simple notepad
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Best wishes,
I would like to inform you that we have implemented a fix that addresses you problem and the latest internal build with the fix is available for download from our site:
http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/internal-builds.aspx?type=1&mvid=2402&pid=740
It has very little changes compared to latest official release Q3.2010.1421 - only includes focused customer fixes.
Please let us know if it works for you,

I am sorry my last response was meant for a different customer with a different problem, but I responded to the wrong thread. Your problem with results viewer in Windows XP has been fixed in our latest official release: http://www.telerik.com/account/your-products/trial-download-list.aspx?skucid=16
It appears you have already downloaded this version. Is it now working as expected for you?
Greetings,
Cody
