Cannot target Windows Phone 8 in Telerik wizard

I'm just starting with WP8 development and want to try these very nice Telerik RadControls.

Here'what I did:

• Install Visual Studio 2012 Pro
• Install Windows Phone 8 SDK
• Install Telerik RadControls for Windows Phone 8 Trail (used RadControls_for_WindowsPhone8_2013_1_0418_TRIAL.msi)

When I create a new project based on the Telerik template I can only target Windows Phone 7.1 (only item in the dropdown menu). I also updated to Visual Studio Update 2 and "repaired" the Telerik installation, but that didn't help.

When using the default templates I can use Telerik controls and deploy the app deploy to the WP8 emulator, so all looks fine, except for the Telerik template.

Can you please confirm that there is Silverlight 5 SDK currently installed on your machine? In case it is not installed I would suggest installing it and try again. Installed Silverlight 5 SDK and did a "repair" action on the Windows Phone 8 RadControls in the Telerik control panel. That did the job.

Just clicked through the wizard and deployed the app, everything working perfectly.
