I'm having trouble syncing any
native script app on my IOS device. Whenever I scan in the QR code and then
press 3 fingers I get the following message:

Cannot find your project in the cloud. Verify that you have built and synchronized your latest changes with the cloud.

I think this platform is really slick. I've tried
multiple projects, native cutness, photo upload example, and one from
scratch.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the AppBuilder.

Using Chrome: 41.0.2272.101 (64-bit)

IOS device: 5s 8.2

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Sean,

I was note able to replicate this issue on our side. I even tested the link you provided and it seems to work as expected. Can you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If you are, can you also try deploying the app directly on a device and triggering the liveSync in it  - this information will help us narrow down the case.

Still having trouble, I tried signing up with a new account, different computer iMac 27 inch, and with an ipad instead of my iphone, same error message trying to sync nativescript to my device with the live sync using the companion app, see screenshot.

I will try deploying the app directly and seeing if that works.

Hi Sean,

Thank you for submitting a support request on the matter and specifically sending over the snapshot of the error. The snapshot indicates that you are trying to open the NativeScript app in the AppBuilder companion app. However, please note that you should open NativeScript applications in the NativeScript app instead

Please go ahead and get the NativeScript app from Apple Store. Its look and feel is similar to the Cordoba-oriented AppBuilder app and you will find a QR reader in its drawer as well. Using the NativeScript app QR reader you will be able to download, run and liveSync your NativeScript applications on  the device.

Also, for the next releases of the AppBuilder companion app we will make sure to include a warning letting you know if the scanned code doesn't represent a Cordova app.

Let me know if you experience any issues with the NativeScript companion app and the liveSync functionality in it.
