I am not able to open my app 'SmartSiteSurvey'. I am getting the error 'Cannot load app'. Can you please help with resolving this issue?

Hi Prasad,
We checked in our system logs for possible problems and it appears that this may be provoked from instability in our systems during the period of your report.
My suggestion would be to check again (you may need to log out and log in again to Telerik Platform).
Also, I noticed that a similar issue was discussed in a previous private ticket of yours. If the issue persists would you be able to elaborate more details in regarding the subject discussed there?
