In your case Icenium Graphite can't load it's modules from CDN.
Please install Fiddler and send us which request is failing in your case.
This happens some times when internet connection have problems.

Hi Adiel,
it seems that there is nothing in your fiddler log. Can you try something else: delete the %AppData%/Local/Telerik/BlackDragon folder and try again. This is Graphite's local cache, It may be corrupted. If the problem persists, please compress and send us the Logs folder in BlackDragon at support [at] icenium.com.
