When I try to move stories between iterations click on them and try to drag and drop... this doesn't work with windows 8.1 and chrome or firefox.

It does work in IE 11 but with IE 11 I have another problem: the hide/unhide pain is not visible....

Hi Kees,

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing problems with TeamPulse. We were not able to reproduce the issues you reported (on version 2013.3.1126), therefore, would it be possible to update us with some further information:
  • Please double-check the version of TeamPulse you are using: go to the About page - you can either copy and paste the version number or just send us a screenshot of the about page. Refer to this screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/LYLShmdLF2T
  • Have you configured a board with rows by "Iterations"? Refer to this video to see how these boards work: http://www.screencast.com/t/V5ibs8cGBFc
  • How many projects do you have selected in the project selector? Note that you cannot move items from one project to another. If the target iteration and the item you are dragging belong to different projects, dropping the card in this iteration row is disabled.
  • What happens when you start dragging? Is there any JavaScript error visible in the console?
  • It would also be very helpful if you could send us a video and/or screenshots representing the issues, so we can see the exact steps to reproduce them.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,
