Cannot login to telerik platform

i try to login on visual studio, but cannot login.
it show "This page can't be displayed"

Hi Readify Support,

As also discussed in your support thread, the most common cases for such faulty behavior, are:

• Only SSL 2.0 protocol is enabled for Internet Explorer. Please, check whether enabling any of the other protocols would help? Note to refresh the page inside VS after applying the above mentioned changes.
• There is something blocking the authentication request on the machine that the AppBuilder client is running on. Please make sure that no proxy or firewall is blocking the connection to identity.telerik.com.

I have noticed  that the VS Extension has gotten really slow and non-responsive at times.. Now I am having issues logining in.
I use a windows 8.1 Machine (fully patched) and Visual Studio 2013 Professional Fully patch.  IE has all types of SSL enabled.

Hi Warren,

I will summarize our discussion here so that the community can also benefit from it.

Warren's company firewall policy for http traffic proxies the https proxy as it leaves their network. Our servers setup cannot currently handle such requests which is why the login failed. We are looking into the issue and we will configure our server policies to allow traffic coming from networks with proxy https rule.
