[Solved] Cannot Install!

Hey,
I had installed the version of the WebAii framework from late August.  I now wanted to move up to the version just released- 10/06.  However, I cannot uninstall the previous version.  I get that suppossed rare 'fatal error' while attempting?  What do I do now to get rid of it so that I can install the new version?

Do you remember which version it was that you are not able to uninstall? And can you send us a screen shot of the error?

Hi Dave,

Indeed, we have this issue fixed with the latest installer.

Feel free to download and run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and remove the previous distribution. You may need to manually delete the physical files though, as the utility doesn't care about those.

That did it.  Just in case you were curios, it was WebAii_Testing_Framework_2009_2_826_FREE_EDITION.msi that caused the error.
