I just updated my controls to the Q2 2013 controls.

I was using the ReadMaskedTextBox control but i received the notification that those were obsolete, so i updated to the RadMaskedTextInput field and updated the code accordingly.

However, the field will no longer select the minus (-) key from the number pad.  It will except it from the numbers ROW, but not from the 10-key number pad.

We have strings where this is entered and have to be able to enter them.

Is there a setting to where i can allow the "-" key or is this  by design?

Thank you for your help.

No, unfortunately, i have 100s of text fields and having to add the extra code on all of them just shouldn't be the final result.

I find that the sample code is not 100% effective either.  It sometimes works, but if there is multiple numbers seperated by the "Subtract" key then it will remove some of the numbers.
After doing many of them, it eventually will give an error  as well.

I voted on the issue in your PITS, but all the keys should really be available in your Text Box.
anything that you could do to elevate this to be in the next release would be greatly appreciated.
Until then, i will have to use your old obsolete control

Hi Eric,

We will consider rising the priority of this item and we will try to include the feature in the Q3 2013 release.

On the other hand would you mind sharing with us information about the scenarios which you have tested the new suite of controls. If you provide us with the testing projects we will be able to further investigate for possible issues and if we find some we will further improve the code before the release. If you are willing to share your project you can use our support ticketing system to start a new thread and attach the solution in it. For reference you can give this thread.

Thank you for your cooperation.
