Hello,

I'm currently testing the chart controls for windows phone. I stumped upon a serious problem while trying to implement a dynamic candlestick chart. I'm feeding the chart with many datapoints, and the visual output is a bit dissapointing, because the ohlc items overlap neighbouring items. I tried using the GapLength property   of the axis with even worse effect. I can't figure out how to increase the spacing between items or decrease their width. Also I'm using the pan&zoom behaviour, wich is a bit slow, but I guess that can't be helped with many items. Overall the controll is quite nice, but I have to be sure I'll be able to resolve those issues, before buying a license, and using this product in my end app.
How should I proceed with this?

Hi Artur,

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on your scenario, e. g. what axes does the chart use, how many points do you add?
It will be best if you send us a sample project and we will try to find a solution to your problem.

I look forward to your reply.
