Cancel drag operation using the "Esc"-Key?

Hi there,

is it possible, that if you drag a window inside the docking control from one place to another, to cancel the move operation?
If you use the "Esc"-Key, the dragged window will be dropped at the current position.

I would really like to use the "Esc"-Key for aborting the drag operation, and move the dragged window back to its original position. Would that be possible?

Hi Jens,

This currently not possible. This sounds reasonable so we will add this feature to out task list and consider implementing it in one of the upcoming releases.

Hello Lauren,

 Unfortunately this feature is not implemented yet. The problem here is that we will need to do a lot of refactoring to enable it, so it will consume a lot of time. Most probably we will not be able to implement it before the Q1 release.
