Can you please suggest me how to use the MVC menu within a cell/column of the MVC grid.?

please some1 help me..
I ll explain you what i actually want, I have a list of patients, i pulled them into a grid. Now a patient has different types of history like dialysis hostory, diabetis history, so at this point what i want is, if i right click on one patients's row it shoud show these history options. Do any1 have solution for this....?
