Can you help me with look and feel?

We are all developers and have an opportunity to win a customer.  Unfortunately we are struggling to make things pretty and feel our customer is waaaaaay more into pretty than function.  I am having a very hard time finding someone good with Expression Blend let alone good with Telerik Silverlight + Expression Blend that can help us to impress this customer with an amazing UI.  Do you know of any places to find such a person?  Is there anyone reading this board that has a real passion and talent for working with UI to make award winning interfaces on top of the great work my developers are doing?

I hope this is an ok type of question for this post, at this point I would even try to get help from a Telerik employee as everything we are doing and have done over the years is Telerik from the very first release of RAD release set!

Thank you Telerik for such a wonderful product, perhaps a "talent" board on your site could be next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
